36-70 Aylık çocuklar için geliştirilmiş bir eğitim programıdır. Neşeli Anaokulu Programı çocukların doğal meraklarından yola çıkarak etkin öğrenme yoluyla gerçek deneyimler yaşamalarını sağlar. Böylelikle çocukların zihinsel, sosyal, duygusal ve fiziksel gelişimleri desteklenir. Programın amacı çocukların mutlu ve güvende oldukları bir ortamda 21 yy. beceri, tutum, değer ve davranışlarını geliştirmek; hayat boyu öğrenenler olmaları konusunda teşvik etmektir.

Yıl boyunca öğretmenlerin sınıf içi uygulamaları çeşitli yollarla denetim altına alınır. Bu yollardan bazıları sınıf ziyaretleri, online değerlendirme toplantıları, yazılı geribildirimlerdir. Böylece okul içinde tüm yaş gruplarındaki eğitim kalitesinin ortaklaşması sağlanır. Aynı zamanda yapılan değerlendirmeler yönetime sözlü ve/veya yazılı olarak raporlanır.
